These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by the Company, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of the Terms)
These Terms take effect when posted on the service screen or otherwise notified to users.
Article 3 (Provision and Change of Services)
Unless there are special operational or technical difficulties, the Company provides services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
