The VIP Journey is particularly crucial for health checkups and wellness programs with high price points or high customer expectations. If customers expect trust, privacy, quality guidance, and aftercare rather than just simple service usage, journey design is essential.

Why is it important?

Questions regarding the suitability of the VIP Journey often arise when customers move beyond gathering simple information and prepare for actual decision-making and consultation conversion. Therefore, the response should go beyond a brief explanation and present criteria for judgment, scope of execution, and boundaries to watch out for.

How do I determine if it's right for me?

1. 1. Organize current conditions and constraints first

In the 'Organize current conditions and constraints first' stage, you verify whether VIP Journey suitability aligns with current organizational or project conditions. Scale, customer base, internal execution personnel, existing systems, and risk sensitivity must be considered together. If it's not a fit, it's safer to start with a small diagnosis or pilot rather than a full implementation.

2. 2. Clarify objectives and priorities

In the 'Clarify objectives and priorities' stage, you verify whether VIP Journey suitability aligns with current organizational or project conditions. Scale, customer base, internal execution personnel, existing systems, and risk sensitivity must be considered together. If it's not a fit, it's safer to start with a small diagnosis or pilot rather than a full implementation.

3. 3. Exclude unsuitable cases first

In the 'Exclude unsuitable cases first' stage, you verify whether VIP Journey suitability aligns with current organizational or project conditions. Scale, customer base, internal execution personnel, existing systems, and risk sensitivity must be considered together. If it's not a fit, it's safer to start with a small diagnosis or pilot rather than a full implementation.

4. 4. Set customized criteria to verify during consultation

In the 'Set customized criteria to verify during consultation' stage, you verify whether VIP Journey suitability aligns with current organizational or project conditions. Scale, customer base, internal execution personnel, existing systems, and risk sensitivity must be considered together. If it's not a fit, it's safer to start with a small diagnosis or pilot rather than a full implementation.

Next Steps

It is recommended to first organize current materials and recurring questions related to VIP Journey suitability, then proceed with a consultation to verify the scope of application, priorities, and inspection criteria with the internal execution lead.
