According to the business plan, there are 22 long-term care facilities in the Gangnam area with a total capacity of 1,335, yet the waiting list stands at 6,041—approximately 4.5 times the available capacity. Consequently, premium large-scale nursing facilities in the metropolitan area adjacent to Seoul serve as a viable alternative for guardians in the Gangnam region.
